1 / INFORMATION USED

BeatSweeper can use your Google Play Games player identifier, display name, leaderboard scores, challenge progress, per-track personal bests, and lifetime gameplay counters. Google Play Games authentication is optional, but online leaderboards and cloud progress sync require it.

Game settings, calibration, unlocked challenge tracks, and recent progress are also stored locally on your device. The app does not ask for your name, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, microphone, or advertising identifier.

2 / HOW INFORMATION IS USED

Information is used only to run the game, show public leaderboard scores, restore progress across supported devices, verify the one-time full-library purchase, and deliver downloadable song packs.

BeatSweeper does not contain ads, does not sell personal information, and does not use personal information for cross-app advertising or marketing profiles.

3 / GOOGLE PLAY SERVICES

BeatSweeper uses Google Play Games Services for sign-in, leaderboards, and Saved Games; Google Play Billing for the optional full-library purchase; and Google Play Asset Delivery for downloadable game audio. Google processes information for these services under its own privacy policy and Play terms.

Payment details are handled by Google Play. BeatSweeper receives purchase status and a purchase token needed to unlock or restore content, but we do not receive or store your card or bank information.

4 / SHARING AND RETENTION

Leaderboard scores and your Play Games display identity may be visible to other Play Games users according to your Google Play Games privacy settings. Private Saved Games progress is not made public.

Local data remains until you clear the app data or uninstall the app. Google Play Games and purchase records are retained and controlled by Google according to its service settings and legal obligations.

5 / YOUR CONTROLS

You can play without Play Games cloud features, manage Play Games privacy and data from your Google account or Play Games settings, and clear local data through Android settings.

To request deletion: email support@ifzero.art with the subject “BeatSweeper data deletion request.” We will explain how to verify the request and delete BeatSweeper data under our control. You can also delete Play Games data for BeatSweeper from your Google Play Games profile and clear on-device data from Android Settings.

Deletion covers locally stored settings and progress, and BeatSweeper Play Games progress where the platform permits deletion. Google may retain purchase history and transaction records for fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations. We do not retain a separate advertising or marketing profile.

6 / CHILDREN

BeatSweeper is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and respond.

7 / SECURITY AND CHANGES

We use platform security controls and limit stored information to what the game needs. No system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when the game or legal requirements change, and the effective date above will be revised.
